Production and purchase of flags – We are engaged in the production of various flags. We have various machinery at our disposal to make standard flags and individual flags to special order. In our office / shop on Zemitāna street 6, it is possible to buy flags of different countries on the spot. You can also view various non-standard flags with us: Beach flags, car flags, pennants, wedding flags, paper flags, flag strings and much more.

It is possible to order a flagpole from us. We are the official representatives of Vikingmast in the Baltic countries, therefore we are able to guarantee high quality and a favorable price. We install fiberglass flagpoles from A to Z. Starting with the concreting of the base and ending with putting the flag on the mast.

Do you know how the Latvian flag was created? – The flag of Latvia is crimson red with a horizontal white stripe in the middle. It was created in the 19 century based on the description of the ancient Latvian or Letgali flag in the Chronicle of Rhymes, thus it is considered one of the oldest national flags used today in the world.
During the occupation of the USSR, the Latvian flag was banned, but it was used as a sign of protest against the loss of the country’s independence. The flag was widely used during the Revival and became the national flag again in 27 February,1990. The flag was created, inspired by the flag of Cēsis (Autines) mentioned in the Chronicle of Rhymes. Due to the attack of the Zemgaļu leader Namejs on Riga in 1280. In 2005, the Cēsis commando unit came to the battlefield with a red and white flag (“When they heard that, they came with a red flag with a white stripe in the middle. It was first seen near Cēsis, there it was known that it had come and started flying in the Latvian land, where the wives were riding brave horses and stand beside men in work.
